Hey mermaids and sailors! 

 

I have been a very passionate teacher since I was old enough to remember.  I got my Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education and began teaching in my own classroom.  However, that was not good enough for me, I still wanted to pursue my passion for teaching and a year later I got my Masters of Arts in Education with a specialization of family and community sciences. I have taught various ages and grades from birth to 12th grade. I have taught special needs in elementary school and high school. I continued to teach for 16 years until I decided to start my own family!  
 

Many many years of teaching in a classroom and three children later my creativity continued to flourish. I decided to design shirts and label my children’s cups for school and special events.  I got into decorating parties and events for friends and family. I enjoyed it so much and started to get inquiries about custom orders and that was when Mermaid Kove LLC was born!
